The Developer will normally also provide reception services, property maintenance, letting service, tennis courts and communal gardens. The great advantage of buying into these developments is that your property is secure when you are absent and all the services you might want are provided automatically by the staff employed by the development. This leaves you, your family and friends, free to enjoy your holidays without worrying about cleaning the pool, changing the beds, and a host of other chores.

You pay an annual condominium charge for services, but in compensation the developer will let your property, if you desire, to provide a return on your investment.
